Kvalitet vid orderutförande

KOMMISSIONENS DELEGERADE FÖRORDNING (EU) 2017/575 fastställer krav på att handelsplatser tillhandahåller rapporter om kvalitet vid orderutförande.

Rapporter publiceras kvartalsvis, med tre månaders fördröjning efter utgången av det rapporterade kvartalet. Detta innebär att rapporter för Q1 publiceras den 30 juni, Q2 den 30 september, och så vidare.

KOMMISSIONENS DELEGERADE FÖRORDNING (EU) 2017/575 specificerar vilken information som ska offentliggöras i enlighet med de tabeller som anges. Samtliga tabeller, utom tabell 5, rapporteras per handelsdag, där alla tabeller och samtliga instrument ingår i samma fil, en fil per handelsdag. Tabell 5 rapporteras kvartalsvis.

NGM tillhandahåller rapporterna i CSV-format.

Kolumnernas ordning är följande: trading_date,market_id,instrument_id,table_id, <table data>, ... 

Kolumn Format
trading_date YYYY-MM-DD
market_id MIC
instrument_id Elasticia instrument identifier
table_id TABLE1, TABLE2, etc. as per table referenced in the delegated regulation.
<table data>

Depends on the table in question. Formatted in accordance with the templates set out in the Annex of the delegated regulation
with descriptive column and row headers.

market Always NGM (all instruments on the NGM exchange are included).
table_id Always TABLE5 (refers to the table in the deletaged regulation)
<table_data> Formatted in accordance with the templates set out in the Annex of the delegated regulation with descriptive column and row headers.
