Become an issuer at NGM
Before issuing any instruments at Nordic Growth Market, the issuer shall sign NGM's undertaking to comply with the exchange's Rules for issuers whose financial instruments are admitted to trading on Main Regulated.

NGM Main Market
A regulated market for listing and trading of equities, alternative investment funds, bonds, structured products and exchange traded funds.
NGM Growth Market
An unregulated market for listing and trading of equities in small and medium-sized enterprises.
Nordic MTF
An unregulated market for listing and trading of exchange traded products, structured products, bonds, and exchange traded funds.
Register the prospectus
If a prospectus is required under the Prospectus Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, it shall have been produced, registered and approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen). If the competent authority is not Finansinspektionen, a verification of the passport shall be submitted to Nordic Growth Market.
Using a base prospectus
For instruments issued under a base prospectus, the issuer shall once a year send a copy to NGM together with a certificate of approval by the competent authority.
The issuer shall also provide NGM with an authorisation to apply for listing of financial instruments.
