Whistleblowing
NGM is committed to high standards of integrity, responsibility, and sound business ethics. Our operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and market practices, with a focus on our customers and the well-being of our employees.
Employees and external parties can report suspicions of serious misconduct, criminal offences, or other irregularities through our whistleblowing function. By speaking up, you help us prevent harm and address potential wrongdoing at an early stage.
Employees are encouraged to first contact their immediate manager or the CEO if appropriate. If you prefer to remain anonymous, a secure reporting channel is available. Reports can be submitted without revealing your identity, and you will not face any negative consequences for raising concerns in good faith.
The whistleblowing service is provided by an independent external partner, WhistleB.
You do not need proof of your suspicion, but all reports must be made in good faith.
