Issuing financial instruments

At NGM issuers have the possibility to list a variety of financial products on our markets: 

  • Main Regulated is a regulated market for listing and trading of equities, alternative investment funds, bonds, structured products and exchange traded funds.
  • Nordic SME is an unregulated market for listing and trading of equities in small and medium-sized enterprises.
  • Nordic MTF is an unregulated market for listing and trading of exchange traded products, structured products, bonds, and exchange traded funds.

Become an issuer at NGM

Before issuing any instruments at Nordic Growth Market, the issuer shall sign Nordic Growth Market's undertaking to comply with the exchanges Rules for issuers whose financial instruments are admitted to trading on Main Regulated.

Register the prospectus

If a prospectus is required under the Prospectus Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, such prospectus shall have been produced and registered by the issuer and have been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen). If the competent authority is not the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, a verification of the passport shall be submitted to Nordic Growth Market.

Using a base prospectus 

For financial instruments issued under a base prospectus, the issuer shall once a year send a copy of the base prospectus to Nordic Growth Market together with a certificate of approval by the competent authority.

The issuer shall for each base prospectus provide Nordic Growth Market with an authorisation to apply for listing of financial instruments at Nordic Growth Market.
