Becoming a member of NGM is a structured process designed to ensure that all participants meet the regulatory and operational standards required for a secure and fair marketplace.

Authorised securities institution

Must be authorised under Chapter 2, section 1, subsections 2 or 3 of the SMA (Sw. lagen (2007:528) om värdepappersmarknaden), or a foreign equivalent authorised in its home country and under satisfactory supervision by a public authority or authorised body. 

Minimum capital of 730,000 EUR

Capital calculated in accordance with Chapter 3, section 7 of the SMA or equivalent legislation. 

Adequate organisational & technical arrangements

Must possess adequate organisational arrangements, necessary risk management procedures, and sufficient technical systems to be deemed suitable to participate in trading on the exchange. 

Minimum two employed brokers

At least two employed brokers who satisfy the conditions set by the exchange.
