RanLOS AB ("RanLOS") has received conditional approval for listing on Nordic SME at Nordic Growth Market. The first trading day is expected to be December 15, 2025.
RanLOS is a Swedish technology company that develops and markets testing solutions for wireless communication. The Company's technology is used to measure and verify antenna and communication performance, with a primary focus on the automotive and defense industries. RanLOS was founded in 2016 and originated from research conducted at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg. The Company operates globally through a network of distributors across multiple regions.
The listing decision is conditional upon the company meeting the listing requirement that no new information emerges which would affect the company's compliance with the listing requirements.
Shareholders in RanLOS will not need to take any action in connection with the change of marketplace.
