Argo Defence Group AB ("Argo Defence" or the "Company") has received conditional approval for listing on NGM Nordic SME. The first trading day is expected to be December 16, 2025.
Argo Defence is a growth-oriented defence company. The Company primarily focuses on the procurement, sourcing and delivery of defence equipment to the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) and equivalent authorities. Its offering also includes mine clearance systems, explosive hazard management, high-security infrastructure, airport operations and humanitarian support.
NGM's listing decision is conditional upon no new information emerging which would affect the Company's compliance with the listing requirements.
