"We are very pleased for the considerable interest in our share issue and overall for the attention that the company has had during this short subscription period. The issue has been very oversubscribed and that gives us the ability to continue our rapid expansion of WilLak. The inflow of capital does mainly provide us with operating capital but does also lend comfort to our customers and suppliers. Using Nordic MTF as a platform for creating added value and growth for all us shareholders is a real challenge which will be very stimulating. I would like to thank all of those who believe in us and are investing in building this company for smart construction systems", says WilLak CEO Martin Axelsson.
Jan Axelsson is the chairman of the board. Martin Axelsson is the CEO.
"We welcome WilLak to NGM and we look forward to follow their growth as a listed company on Nordic MTF", says Roger Peleback, CEO at NGM.
