Quartiers Properties AB (publ) will be listed on Nordic MTF
Nordic Growth Market (NGM) has decided to list Quartiers Properties AB (publ) (Quartiers) on Nordic MTF. The first day of trading is 6 July 2016.
Quartiers is a property company whose business concept involves acquiring mainly holiday- and leisure-related properties with development potential and upgrading them to an attractive standard. The company then rents out the properties on long leases to tenants/operators.

The company’s Chairman is Jörgen Cederholm. The Chief Executive Officer is Katri Lind.
