Nordic Growth Market NGM AB, part of Boerse Stuttgart Group, is a Swedish stock exchange authorised by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. We operate a regulated market, NGM Main Market, a multilateral trading facility, Nordic MTF, and a growth market, NGM Growth Market.

Across our markets, we offer listing and trading in shares and other equity-related securities, AIFs, bonds, and structured products. Nordic MTF focuses on exchange-traded products such as bull and bear certificates, warrants, and mini futures, while NGM Growth Market is dedicated to growth companies seeking to list and trade shares.

Through our market structure, investors in Finland, Norway and Denmark can trade instruments on NGM in their local currency, with settlement handled by local clearing organisations.

All trading takes place on our proprietary platform, Elasticia, which is accessible to NGM members, including Swedish and European banks and investment firms.
