Holdflight AB (the "Company") has received conditional approval for continued listing on NGM Nordic SME.
Holdflight AB is a Swedish AI company offering AI agents and SaaS products that automate workflows, reduce manual work, and create engaging customer experiences in sales and customer relationship management. The Company is headquartered in Stockholm and operates in both the Swedish and international markets. Its growth strategy is based on continuous innovation in AI-driven solutions, combined with strategic acquisitions of companies with strong and loyal customer bases.
The Company is currently under observation status on NGM Nordic SME following a significant change in operations pursuant to Section 3.2 of the Nordic Growth Market ("NGM") Nordic SME Rulebook (the "Rulebook"). As a result, the Company has undergone a new listing review in connection with the proposed acquisition of FunnelBud Marketing AB and has now received conditional approval for continued listing on NGM Nordic SME.
NGM's listing decision is conditional upon the Company (i) completing the proposed acquisition, (ii) publishing an information memorandum that is substantially unchanged, and (iii) no new information emerging which would affect the Company's compliance with the listing requirements.
The Company's observation status will remain in place until all conditions for the listing decision have been fulfilled.
